Jeff has spent most of his life in the alarm industry. As the second generation in the family business, he is experienced in the challenges of running a business in such a fast-paced, quickly changing industry. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in business from Washington University and an MBA from Case Western University.

Marty Borer

General Manager

Marty joined Quick Response in May of 2015. Marty has over a decade of Operational Management experience in multiple industries including Information Technology. His strengths include identifying and assessing organizational needs and implementing long and short-term strategies. Marty believes in an honest, customer centric approach. He cultivates an inclusive work environment that provides a motivated and engaged workforce. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Marty enjoys charitable fundraising, sports, and the game of golf.

RENEE TREBEC

Sales Manager

Renee joined Quick Response in 2013, and has been in the security industry since 1987 managing central stations, service, and installation departments as well as working in operations, project management and sales. This experience allows her to assist dealers when making decisions on products and their applications. Renee informs our dealers on the latest technology and assists them in increasing RMR or selling their accounts. In her free time, Renee likes to volunteer for cancer patients and animal rescues.

Jennifer Badalich

Operations Manager

Jennifer joined Quick Response in March 2014. Her experience in office management in both the Automotive and Security industries has provided her with a comprehensive skill set enabling her success at Quick Response. She is a team player and maintains a professional atmosphere, while improving the service, organization and procedures in central station. Jennifer proves daily that she is an asset to the Quick Response team. Jennifer is a sports fanatic, avid gardener and loves to ice skate.
